The Google calendar is put aside for now because there are some administrative and implementation “issues” with it.

Coaches, please contact Matthew when a game is cancelled or rescheduled.

For now, please look over the PDF above and choose a game or two per weekend if possible and send an email to Matthew and cc everybody in order to get a game assignment.

In the near future we want to make use of an AYSO system. There are also some issues here to get straightened out, but it will hopefully make life easier someday. In the meantime, you should make sure you have your eayso user account ready:

  1. If you are a registered AYSO volunteer in the www.eAYSO.org database and have your eAYSO user name and password setup you should see a link for viewing the referee schedule.
  2. If you are a registered AYSO volunteer in the eayso.org database for the current registration year August 1 to July 31, and do not have an user name and password, go to the www.eAYSO.org Click on "First Time" if have you never used eAYSO. If you used eAYSO previously, but didn't get a user name and password, click on "Click here".
  3. If you are not an AYSO registered volunteer, please go to the www.eAYSO.org website. On the "Welcome" web page, click on "First Time", click on the AYSO Volunteers button, and follow the instructions complete a Volunteer Application and sign up for a course(s). Submit two signed copies of your completed Volunteer Application pre-registration form to your region's Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate or Regional Commissioner or Referee Administrator.
