Player Evaluation Form U-6 and U-8

Please use the following criteria to assign player ratings (most players are #5 players):
8 = Player shows ability to dribble ball, seems to dominate play
7 = Player can play most positions and has good skills
6 = Player plays 2 positions very well with adequate skills
5 = Player has energy, runs after ball, enjoys playing
4 = Player tries hard, enjoys playing but struggles at times
3 = Player seems to lack interest, doesn't seem to want to be there, stands around
